I am Linda, the host of Välgatus Ruum, a therapist, counsellor, massage therapist and beautician — but first and foremost, a woman with my own colourful life and intricate inner world.
I consider my greatest challenge in this life to be growing out of my comfortable, monotonous cocoon. It has been a gradual expansion from an isolated existence towards open communication and connection; from tightly controlling situations to a relaxed letting go; and from numb apathy to an ever-changing colour spectrum of feelings. Love, joy, sadness and anger, tenderness, bitterness, softness and harshness, warmth and coldness are but a few words to describe the polarities of the different layers of human nature. Yet, despite all attempts to comprehend it, there is still something in us that remains elusive. It is this 'something' — this quintessence — that I have always yearned to discover.
That is why I am where I am today, doing what I do, and continuing to learn what I learn.
