1. General terms

Välgatus OÜ provides a range of counselling, massage and facial care services, described in more detail on our website. Please read these terms of service carefully, as they govern the use of our services.

2. Booking and cancellation

To book an appointment, use the booking form on our website or contact us by phone at 5358 1640.

To book on the website, choose a suitable service, date and time and enter your name, email address and phone number. After you submit the booking form, we will contact you to confirm the booking.

A booking must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may be charged.

The first cancellation of a booking is free of charge. Thereafter, cancelling at least 24 hours before the start is free, but cancelling less than 24 hours before the start incurs a fee of 50% of the service price.

3. Payment terms

Service prices are listed on our website and may change from time to time.

Payment is made after the service in cash or by bank transfer (EE697700771009350886).

Gift cards can be purchased for 50€ and 65€ and used for all of the services we offer.

4. Client obligations and liability

The client must inform the therapist of any health issues that may affect the provision of the service.

The client must follow the guidance and recommendations of the therapist and Välgatus OÜ.

Minor clients may receive services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Privacy and personal data protection

Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing the service and is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

6. Liability and warranty

Välgatus OÜ is not liable for any direct or indirect damage that may result from the use of the service, unless caused by our negligence or intentional acts.

The client has the right to submit complaints regarding the provision of the service within 14 days of receiving the service.

7. Changes to the terms of service

Välgatus OÜ reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time, and the updated version will be published on our website.
